Submit all entries on VHS tapes or DVDs. Label each entry with the category number and program title. Combine all entries into the commercial category (C) onto a single tape/DVD. All other entries should be submitted on separate tapes or disks. Total up the entry fees and make the check payable to "The Aurora Awards" or use the credit card form below.
